May I call a General Assembly despite the current lockdown restrictions?

Pursuant to § 104 Stock Corporation Act (AktG), as the managing director of a stock corporation, I must call a general meeting within the first 8 months of every financial year. The 8-month period would end in April 2020. Am I still obliged to call a general meeting by the end of April 2020 despite the lockdown restrictions if the deadline set out in § 104 AktG ends before then?
 
I am the director of a limited liability company (GmbH) founded in accordance with Austrian law. Are there alleviations for observance of the deadlines when it comes to submitting the annual financial statement?
 
I am the director of a limited liability company (GmbH) founded in accordance with Austrian law and was prevented from submitting the annual financial statement on time due to “coronavirus”. Will I still have to expect fines?
 
I am the director of a limited liability company (GmbH) founded in accordance with Austrian law and should have submitted the annual financial statement of the GmbH for the financial year ending in the calendar year 2019. I did not do so within the deadline, which is why a fine has already been imposed. Must I expect an additional fine in the near future?
