Fabian studied law at the University of Vienna (Mag.iur. 2021) and spent one semester abroad at the University of Oslo in Norway. During his studies he worked for the Lower Austrian association for legal guardianship (Niederösterreichischer Landesverein für Erwachsenenschutz).
