The 27th edition of Zukunft.Frauen has been underway since September 2025 and brings together aspiring female leaders on their path to top management and supervisory board positions. Developed by the Federal Ministry for Economy, the Austrian Federal Economic Chamber and the Federation of Austrian Industries, the program continues to strengthen women’s visibility, networks and leadership capabilities.

Over the past months, participants have completed modules on female leadership, negotiation skills, corporate governance, crisis and conflict management, cyber security, AI and interview techniques. Each session was accompanied by fireside talks with executives from leading Austrian companies and institutions.

Simone Petsche-Demmel contributes her expertise by leading the thematic evening on “White-Collar Crime” and provides valuable insights into current challenges for business leaders.

The final modules in early 2026 will focus on financial reporting, sustainability and talent management before the program concludes with the official closing event in February.
