“How is a contract actually formed? What legal requirements must be considered when entering into a contract? What happens in cases of delayed performance?”

These questions, along with many others, were addressed in today’s seminar, “Introduction to Contract Law for Non-Lawyers,” which Laura Reschinger had the privilege of presenting at the ARS Academy. Her lecture on the fundamentals of contract law covered not only the legal provisions but also numerous practical examples that were thoroughly discussed with the seminar participants.
