Valentin received his law degree from the University of Vienna in 2021 (Mag. iur.) and is fluent in German and English. He has a keen interest in languages and also studied Spanish, Latin and Ancient Greek for several years in school. Before joining petsche pollak in 2021, he completed various internships in renowned law firms in the Corporate/M&A and IP department.
After completing his studies, he supported the team of petsche pollak as a legal intern while concluding court practice. He has been an Associate since July 2022 and works on numerous high profile cases in the white-collar crime and litigation area (such as a a complex litigation going on for over 10 years after a failed M&A-transcation). In addition to his client-related work, Valentin works on a legal commentary on essential criminal provisions within white-collar crime law. Next to his work, Valentin is passionate about exotic food and beer, going to the opera and – during the winter months – skiing.
